The Busby Kids Are Growing Up Fast

TLC's hit reality show OutDaughtered follows the Busbys, an American family of eight including all-girl quintuplets. But a lot has changed since the quints were born in 2015. Here's a glimpse at what the Busby kids looked like back then, and how grown up they are now. Any parent would likely be worried about how their older child would adjust to a new baby. But oldest sister Blayke had to get used to having five younger sisters. On the family's It's a Buzz World blog, mom Danielle explained that Blayke positively adored her little sisters immediately. She wrote in 2015, "Blayke has been doing really well with all [of] this…When sibling visiting hours were over…she cried…she did not want to leave…she wants her sisters to come home." Flash forward to five years later, and Blayke has become quite the phenomenal young lady. Danielle posted on Instagram, "You sure are a light in this world, keep shining my beautiful little one." Of course, Blayke also has her adorable quirks. In a 2019 blog post, Danielle asked Blayke about some of her favorite things. Her favorite food? Chicken Alfredo. Her favorite subject in school? Science and math. Her biggest pet peeve? Blayke said, "When my sisters are being embarrassing in front of other people." Anyone with little sisters can totally relate.
