John Cusack Says He Was Never Going to Play 'Breaking Bad's' Walter White
Sep 25 2020
John Cusack, typically seen as a Rom-com super-star, changes pace as he opens up about his latest role as Dr. Kevin Christie in Amazon's "Utopia." While the character serves as his first regular series role, it's definitely not his first rumored offer. There were many speculations about him once being offered the role of Walter White in "Breaking Bad," but Cusack tells Variety's Audrey Cleo Yap he was never actually offered the job.
