Kate Middleton Shares First-Ever Selfie Video For Mental Health
Feb 02 2021
Kate Middleton is stepping up her social media game! The Duchess of Cambridge shared her first-ever selfie video on Instagram to raise awareness for Children's Mental Health Week with her royal patronage, Place2Be. The 39-year-old mom of three reportedly recorded the clip while getting some exercise outdoors at her and Prince William's country home. She bundled up in a navy coat and matching pompom beanie to deliver the message urging both parents and kids to explore creative outlets to express themselves. "While this is Children's Mental Health Week, there has never been a more important time to talk about parental wellbeing and mental health too," she said. "Last year, you told me just how important this was, but many of us find it hard to prioritize. This is a hugely challenging time for us all, so please look after yourself too."
