The film adaptation of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Broadway hit “In The Heights” is here! Access Hollywood caught up with the show creator at the New York City premiere on Wednesday and he quipped that he has been working on this project for half of his life. When asked how he feels having Oprah throw an “In The Heights” block party he joked, “to have her sing my name is my new outgoing voicemail message.” Lin-Manuel Miranda sang his own praises for the movie’s star, Anthony Ramos, calling him a superstar. He also reminisced on helping Jimmy Fallon celebrate Broadway being back. “In The Heights” is in theaters and Streaming on HBO Max now.
