Taraji P. Henson chatted with Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans about her upcoming role as host of the BET Awards and what fans can expect to see. She also reveals why she posted a message in support of Naomi Osaka after she withdrew from Wimbledon. “Because of the backlash she received. She’s taking care of herself, why is that an issue?... That’s not fair nor is it healthy nor is it right,” she said. The 2021 BET Awards will broadcast live on BET on Sunday, June 27th at 8pm ET/PT.
