The truth behind Nick Jonas’ previously reported injury has been revealed. In the new NBC special, “Olympic Dreams Featuring Jonas Brothers,” Nick alongside his brothers Kevin and Joe try out a handful of Olympic sports. But things take a turn when they hit the BMX track where Nick crashes his bike and ends up being taken away in an ambulance with a rib injury.
