According to a police report obtained by TMZ, there was a dispute at the scene regarding who was at fault. Milania, who is 18 years old, claimed that the other driver ran a stop sign and hit her car in the intersection. On the other hand, the unidentified driver stated that they had come to a complete stop at the sign, checked both ways, and still ended up colliding with Milania’s vehicle.
Ultimately, the police sided with Teresa’s daughter, attributing the accident to the other party’s inattention and failure to yield the right of way.
Fortunately, Milania emerged from the incident unharmed. The family attorney, James Leonard, expressed gratitude that no one was injured, emphasizing that safety was the most important outcome.
Although Milania’s car had to be towed away, the focus shifted to celebrating her recent acceptance to the University of Tampa. Teresa and Milania shared a joyous moment over the weekend, commemorating the achievement with a special photo shoot.
