Ed “Big Ed” Brown from “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” has been making significant strides in his fitness journey, shedding an impressive 19 pounds. In an exclusive interview with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, the 59-year-old reality TV personality shared the secrets behind his slimdown.

Big Ed credits his weight loss to his dedication to daily gym sessions, where he engages in a combination of strength training and cardio exercises to break a sweat and stay active. “I’m in the gym every day working out,” he revealed.

While focusing on his physical health, Big Ed has also made improvements to his diet, although he humorously admits that he still enjoys his favorite Malbec wines. Finding a balance between healthy eating and indulging in his love for wine has been key to his progress.

Aside from his fitness journey, Big Ed has been embracing other positive changes in his life. He recently obtained his real estate license and is now involved in the real estate business in Arkansas. Additionally, he has been actively participating in philanthropic efforts, supporting the Remembering Nicholas Foundation, which provides aid to individuals and families who have experienced infant loss.

Reconnecting with his spirituality, Big Ed has returned to attending church and even volunteers during services. He has found fulfillment in giving back to his community and engaging in charitable activities.

Despite calling off his wedding to his ex-fiancée Liz Woods, Big Ed has been getting to know a new woman who values their intimate conversations and genuine connection. He appreciates her for not being interested in his fame, highlighting the challenges of navigating relationships in the public eye.
