Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez's New Co-Parenting Agreement
May 31 2024

After finalizing their divorce, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have come to a new co-parenting agreement for their 10-year-old son, Maceo. The ex-couple has decided to seek the help of a coach to assist them in navigating their co-parenting journey.

According to court documents, Berry and Martinez will attend individual and joint co-parenting sessions to address any disputes or conflicts that may arise in their co-parenting relationship. The goal is to successfully co-parent Maceo and ensure his well-being.

Van Hunt, Berry's current partner, will also be involved in the joint co-parenting sessions. The couple will split the cost of the sessions, and the coach will assess their progress after the sixth session to determine if more sessions are needed.

Berry and Martinez separated in 2015 after two years of marriage, with their divorce and custody agreement being finalized in August 2023. They share joint legal custody of Maceo, with Berry providing monthly child support and additional support based on her income.

Berry is responsible for Maceo's education expenses, health insurance, and uninsured medical costs. Despite their past differences, the couple is committed to co-parenting their son and ensuring his happiness and well-being.

In addition to Maceo, Berry also shares a daughter, Nahla, with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. The actress keeps her family life private but occasionally shares glimpses of her children on social media, celebrating their milestones and birthdays.

Berry's relationship with Van Hunt has been going strong since 2020, showing that despite past challenges, she is focused on building a happy and healthy family life for her children.
