Her booty has helped gain her the notoriety she enjoys today. But after years of sporting a larger than life behind, 36-year old Courtney no longer felt her booty portrayed the woman she inspires to be. Not knowing what was injected into her bum, it took Courtney five years to find a surgeon to take on the challenging task.
