Senior royals flanked Queen Elizabeth II on the balcony at Buckingham Palace for Trooping the Colour, the official celebration of the Queen’s birthday. But it was Prince William and Kate Middleton’s youngest son, 4-year-old Prince Louis, who stole the show with his funny facial expressions! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle returned to the U.K. for the Platinum Jubilee festivities, but they were not invited onto the balcony.
