The 45-year-old "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor shared a story about breaking his back to UNICEF in honor of World Mental Health Day on Monday. After Orlando spoke about his life-changing accident, he revealed that he wasn't just physically affected by the accident, but also mentally. The "Lord of the Rings" actor concluded his emotional message by sharing some advice on ways to help yourself if you are struggling with pain.
