Paris Hilton responded to a fan who noticed that her 1-year-old son Phoenix was wearing his floatie backwards while in the pool with her in Hawaii. Hilton thanked the fan for pointing it out, explaining that she never lets him out of her arms and also thought it was on incorrectly. She mentioned that she had brought it up to the person she purchased it from, who had assured her that it was on correctly.
