Elizabeth Gambel is a student veterinarian from Louisiana, who saves animals’ lives at work -- and hunts game in her off hours. After growing up hunting with her family, the 24-year-old believes that it helps balance the ecosystem, also preferring to hunt because it allows her to know the source of her food, and eats meat only that she’s hunted herself.
