The 34-year-old singer turned heads on the blue carpet with her strapless outfit, featuring a tight corset-style top and a flowing black skirt that revealed her sheer stockings and stilettos.
The plunging V-shaped neckline of the gown showcased Bebe's side-boob, while her shoulders and arms were left bare. Her blonde hair was styled into elegant waves cascading down to her waist, and she completed the look with a burnt orange lip and dark kohl-lined eyes.
The event, hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross at the YouTube Theatre in Inglewood, California, honored various female artists. Kylie Minogue received the Icon Award, and Karol G was named Billboard's Woman of the Year.
Bebe faced challenges in 2023 when a fan threw their phone at her during a concert, causing her to sustain a black eye.
Additionally, she revealed that her ex-boyfriend Keyan Safyari had sent her messages commenting on her weight, sharing a screenshot of a conversation on Instagram. In the message, Safyari allegedly stated that he had always found her beautiful and loved her, but had been honest about noticing changes in her appearance.
"I care about you, so I have to be honest. You've gained 35 pounds and it's noticeable in your face. Should I ignore it and pretend everything is fine?
I gain 3 pounds and you call me names, but that doesn't mean you don't love me. If you're looking for a reason to break up, that's one thing. But if you're unhappy with yourself, with me, or with our future together, that's a different issue."
The sender recommended that Bebe consider attending a retreat or therapy, but Bebe is tired of people commenting on her weight.
She ended her relationship with Keyan in July 2023, after being together for three years. During a performance in London shortly after the breakup, she joked, "I'll be at Heaven tonight, partying and searching for a new boyfriend. I don't know why I would look for a new boyfriend in a gay club, but hey - fluid, right?" she told her fans.
