Jill and Derick Dillard are speaking out about Josh Duggar's federal prison sentence. The couple broke their silence on Thursday, after the former "19 Kids and Counting" star was sentenced to over 12 years in federal prison for his child pornography conviction, writing on their personal blog that they are, "neither rejoicing nor disappointed by the sentence" but they are "thankful it's over."
