Neil Patrick Harris Recovering From Hand Surgery After This Bizarre Incident

Ouch! Neil Patrick Harris is recovering from a surgery that stemmed from a sea urchin injury he sustained nearly two months ago. The 46-year-old actor took to Instagram to explain the procedure, saying he had previously dug out most of the spines himself—but two of them stayed lodged in and required surgical removal. But NPH is staying positive and even had some funny sushi jokes.
