Simone Biles, McKayla Maroney & More SUING FBI For $1B

Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, and McKayla Maroney are among 90 women and girls who are suing the FBI for more than $1 billion. In a new lawsuit filed on Wednesday, the claimants are alleging FBI negligence in the Larry Nassar abuse case. "The FBI was grossly derelict in their duties ... ignoring its obligation to report child abuse to relevant state and federal agencies and lying to Congress," an attorney for the gymnasts said in a release obtained by NBC News.
