Why Taylor Swift Didn’t Land A Role In 'Twilight'

Taylor Swift apparently wanted to be part of the "Twilight" series, according to the director of "Twilight: New Moon," Chris Weitz. "Taylor Swift and I had the same agent at the time and he said, 'Taylor would like to be in this movie ... she's a Twi-hard,'" Chris told Ashley Greene on her podcast, The Twilight Effect. Unfortunately, the "Me" singer didn't land the role. "The moment that Taylor Swift walks onto the screen … nobody is going to be able to process anything," Chris explained.
