In the series premiere of Fake Focus Group, our phony proctor Sameer gets real people to opine on a new (fake) service: the “Super Premium Economy Comfort Seat” or “SPECS” for short.
In this new way to fly, travelers pay a fraction of the normal cost but are sealed inside a pod — not a coffin — that gets stowed in the plane’s cargo hold. How much comfort are people are willing to sacrifice in order to score a good deal on cheap travel?
