Sion is a female to male trans person. He is married to a man called Wes and they have a kid together. Sion gave birth to their son Caleb but now Sion wants to have his reproductive system removed and feels he'll never feel complete if he doesn't. He was biologically born as a woman but doesn't want to be a mother to his son. Sion wants Caleb to have two fathers and the only way he can do this is to have reproductive removal surgery. This is Sion's journey.
