Jase, a 10-year-old boy, is officially the tallest kid in the world, standing at an impressive 6 ft 3” due to a condition known as ‘Gigantism.’ This condition causes his body to release excessive growth hormones from his pituitary gland, leading to rapid growth. Jase has been growing at a rate of 5 inches per year and will continue to do so unless he undergoes surgery to remove the growth in his head that is causing his height increase. Despite his unique appearance, Jase is a normal and loving boy who embraces being the ‘tallest kid in the world.’
