Sylvain Helaine has covered his entire body and face in tattoos despite being a primary school teacher, while 36-year-old Brazilian, Marcelo De Souza Ribeiro has over 1000 tattoos, a split tongue and fanged teeth. 22-year-old Ethan Bramble, from Melbourne in Australia has undergone more than 40 body modification procedures in his quest to become the world’s most modified youth, while 33-year-old hairdresser Richie The Barber thinks he has the funniest tattoos of all – he’s tattooed his entire face to look like a permanent clown.
