Suni Lee Reveals Why Talking About Her Mental Health 'Has Helped'

Suni Lee is getting ready to train for her the 2024 Summer Olympics. "I am trying to start now, just because I don't want to wait too long and be too far out," she told Access Hollywood at the Disney Upfronts red carpet. But as she prepares to train for the next Olympics, the gold medalist is also looking back at her first games. "I think that going into hopefully the next Olympics it will be easier, I think talking about my mental health has helped a lot and just getting my mind right and starting to train," she said. The 19-year-old also dished about her first year at college.
