Why Dakota Johnson Didn't Practice Her British Accent On Family & Friends

Dakota Johnson's new film "Persuasion" takes place in the Regency Era but it is still relevant today. In the movie her character, Anne, is persuaded to give up the love of her life, something Dakota can relate to. She told Access Hollywood she had to give up her "reproductive rights" although she didn't want to. The 32-year-old actress also dished on perfecting her British accent and admitted like her character, she surprises herself "all the time" with some things she says. "Persuasion" starts streaming on Netflix July 15.
