This Family Has Had To Make Many Sacrifices For Fame
With over 91 Million TikTok followers from each of their solo accounts combined, we think it’s safe to say the D’Amelio family is the first family of TikTok. Parents Heidi and Marc, along with eldest daughter Dixie have all benefited from youngest daughter Charli’s success. Charli alone has over 58 million followers on the popular social platform, and the 16 year old dancer has a SuperBowl commercial under her belt, has danced alongside JLo and Bebe Rexha, gone through a very public break-up with Lil Huddy and don’t forget all the constant travelling across the country and the world that is keeping Charli very busy.
But what has the family had to sacrifice in order to help and maintain Charli’s fame, and we can’t forget about their own. Cyberbullying, career changes, travelling, loss of privacy, and having to do videos even if they aren’t feeling up to it are all things this family of four from Connecticut has had to change or adjust due to the spotlight. As they say with great fame comes great responsibility.
